At Selvam Essence Mart, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets your expectations. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return as per the following terms and conditions.

🔄 Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • A mandatory unboxing video (showing the parcel being opened from the start without interruption) is required as proof for all return or refund claims.

  • Returns are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

🚚 Return Process

  • The return shipment must be arranged by the customer. We currently do not offer reverse pickup.

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

  • Items returned without prior approval or without an unboxing video will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

💳 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

  • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method via the payment gateway used during purchase.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after confirmation.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used consumable products (like perfumes, pooja powders, or food items)

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
